Currently offering classes from beginner-intermediate level. Always ensuring safety & restoration are the priority of the class while building strength, skill & mobility. Challenging your abilities in a safe space without expectations and allowing your mind to open and relax in full body hearty flows. Throughout class we also focus on pranayama (breathing techniques) to build fire in the body and increase unity of our mind and body.

All bodies and abilities are welcome in any class. Levels are given as a insight to how the class is planned. Modifications and variations are given throughout each class to make the asana (postures) easier or more advanced depending on the class' needs.
