Enjoy an afternoon of socialising, 3 and a half hours of guided Yoga & a Vegan Lunch with like minded people. We'll spend time working through a range of slow, calming practices and move into high energy, fun movements until we circle back down through a restorative practice. Giving you more than enough time to drop into your body and fully embrace the time.
