refunds, exchanges & returns

We want you to LOVE your Raw Flora pieces but if something doesn’t quite match your taste or expectations don’t worry – we’re here to help! 

Just drop us an email at hello@rawflora.co.uk and we’ll sort it out together. 

RETURNS

If your order isn’t quite what you expected, you can return it within 30 days of delivery—just get in touch with us first.

We do ask that returns are sent back unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Once we’ve given the go-ahead and received your return, we’ll process your refund.

A couple of things to note:
–  Return postage is covered by you (we recommend using a tracked service).
–  We can’t take responsibility for any items lost or damaged in the post.

EXCHANGES

We’ve worked hard to keep our sizing consistent, but if your order isn’t the right fit—or you’d prefer a different colour—we’re happy to exchange it. Just let us know within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

–  Not sure on sizing? Check our size guide or email us—we love helping you find the perfect fit!
–  You’ll need to cover the return postage, but we’ll send your replacement free of charge once everything’s approved.
–  Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged can’t be exchanged.

Something not quite right?

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t as it should be, please email us as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days of delivery) with photos and a description, and we’ll make it right.
