RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We're not happy if you're not happy!

Please contact us for any returns, exchanges or other issues.

RETURN

Return postage is to be paid at the expense of the customer. Tracked postage is advised. No liability of loss or damage while posting is Raw Flora's responsibility.

Contact must be made prior to return of the item, at a maximum of 30 days after delivery date.

Payment will be refunded only after approval has been made by Raw Flora. Damaged, worn, stained or washed items are not refundable. 

 

EXCHANGE

To limit our carbon footprint, we have tried to make our sizes as consistent as possible throughout our ranges.  Check out our sizing chart prior to ordering to ensure you're on the right track. If you're unsure, please contact us! Let us know what your measurements are or what sizes you're unsure of and we'll be more than happy to advise you!

If you receive an item that doesn't fit or you wish to change to a different colour, we do offer exchanges. Please contact us for guidance on how to proceed within 30 days of delivery date.

Items which are damaged, worn, stained or washed are not exchangeable.

Once the item for exchange has been approved, delivery of the replacement item will be paid at the expense of Raw Flora. 

 

ISSUES

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or unfit for purpose, please contact us as soon as possible with pictures and descriptions of the issue. 

Contact for any postage or delivery issues, must be made within 7 days of delivery date. 

 

No trees will be planted for returned items.
